Above Artistic provides our customers with custom designs, apparel printing, and embroidery services from our Ocala, FL workshop. We are a Veteran owned, woman owned, and family owned business. We specialize in providing custom design and apparel printing concierge services for individuals, groups, businesses, and non-profit organizations. Our goal is to surpass your expectations by prioritizing your needs, personalizing your experience, and collaborating with you to ensure your business or event succeeds.

Whether your project is big or small, you will ALWAYS talk with (or text/email if you prefer) one of our professionals during the entire project. We guarantee a white-glove customer service experience by delivering premium, prompt, and tailor-made services with acute attention to detail.

  • The project begins when you first contact us by phone, by filling out our contract form, or completing the information in the custom design product section of our website.
  • One of our employees will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your project.
  • You will work one-on-one with our in-house graphic designer
    • We’ll work with your ready-made logo or design and digitalize it for the printing process.
    • If you need assistance with transforming a design idea into reality, we’ll provide consultation about design, color, font size, and purpose of the design to ensure your vision becomes a design you’ll be proud to show off.
      • Unlike some larger companies who have a “design-it-yourself” program that requires you to do all the designing, adding your text, choosing your colors and font, we’ll work WITH you until you have the perfect design. We won’t print your order until you are 100% satisfied with the design!
  • You will work one-on-one with our project consultant
    • We’ll connect with you to talk about your project – helping you choose the brand, style, color, sizes, and design placements. We’ll provide you with our “good”, “better”, “quality” selections to ensure we stay within your needs and budget.
      • Unlike some companies who use print on demand companies that limit the brand and/or colors available, we offer multiple product choices for your project.
      • You will receive a written all-inclusive quote for your project. No unexpected or additional costs.
      • The project consultant will be available for on-going communication with you during the entire project. You’ll never wonder if products are out of stock or if we are backlogged.
  • We personally quality check every item before it leaves our shop – unlike some businesses who never see/touch your product before it’s sent to you.

 

  • Additional concierge services include:
    • Building and maintaining a shop for your business on our website
      • We take care of your shop from ordering, processing payment, ordering product, printing/fulfilling the order and ship directly to you or your customers.
      • No worries about doing your own website updates or maintenance, keeping inventory, tracking orders, processing payments or shipping products. Let us help you focus on your business!
